Love the tutorial. Thanks so much for sharing. I purchased a similar one at Dress Barn but then you’re limited to the colors they sell. The zipper section was excellent since I always have trouble? with zippers. The only things I’d add to mine would maybe be a pocket in the lining and some flannel as padding to give it a little more body. Otherwise it’s a great purse and design. I’m going to make one!! Thanks for the lesson and sharing your expertise.

@kittygirl7804239197 its a standard cutting board base for crafts..cost depends on size, and then they have ones for the top that are even pregrooved for cutting straight lines,squares,etc. the shape of? the purse can be changed too.pattern works the same if you change from rectangular to heart shaped for say a lolita bag, or even if you want to make a plushie animal bag, just remember to leave a larger opening for turning right side out, and to pin the legs inward in the right sides,then stitch

I? started to do this in pink color. Flowers seem to be taking forever ^^
when i was making the handle, i got impatient, so? instead i cut a 45 degree angle on the end of the ribbon, then threaded that through a needle with a big eye opening… whatever you call it, and use the needle to move the ribbon through the chain… IT HELPED OUT SO MUCH!!!!!
